Africa Future Engineers Foundation Programs

Africa Future Engineers Foundation provides practical, hands-on education designed to help young people develop the knowledge, skills, creativity, and confidence needed to become engineers, technology innovators, and problem-solvers.

Our programs focus on STEM education, computer programming and coding, electronics, renewable-energy technology, and engineering innovation.

STEM Education

Our STEM Education program provides young people with practical, hands-on learning in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Students learn through projects and activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

The program introduces students to engineering and technology at an early age and helps them develop the confidence and practical skills needed to design, build, test, and improve solutions to real-world challenges.

Computer Programming & Coding

Our Computer Programming & Coding program introduces young people to the fundamentals of computer programming, logical thinking, and problem-solving. Students learn through hands-on exercises and projects that help them understand how software and technology can be used to create practical solutions.

The program encourages students to develop creativity, computational thinking, and confidence while building a foundation for more advanced studies in computer science, engineering, and technology.

Solar & Wind Energy Technology

Our Solar & Wind Energy Technology program introduces young people to renewable-energy technologies through hands-on projects involving solar power, wind energy, energy storage, and electrical systems. Students learn how renewable energy is generated, converted, stored, and used to power homes, businesses, and communities.

Students can also explore innovative solar-thermal technologies, concentrated solar energy, heat storage, and automated tracking systems. These projects help young people understand how engineering can transform abundant renewable resources into practical solutions for everyday needs.

Our goal is to inspire young innovators to develop affordable, sustainable energy solutions that address real challenges in African communities while expanding access to clean energy.

Who We Serve

Our programs are designed primarily for young people in underserved African communities, with an emphasis on students who have limited access to practical STEM, technology, and engineering education. We aim to create opportunities for young people to discover their potential, develop practical skills, and prepare for future education and careers in science, technology, engineering, and related fields.
